- Inspect flue pipe
- Inspect flame sensor
- Inspect blower and inducer assembly
- Inspect heat exchanger for cracks
- Inspect circuit board, associated controls, wiring and connections

- 15% discount on any air conditioning repairs throughout your contract year
- $125 for each additional system
- Seasonal maintenance – 2 visits per year

- Condenser coil cleaning with alkaline based coil cleaner
- Evaporator coil cleaning with leave-in, no rinse foam and degreaser
